Led the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile public art installation under Western Australia’s Percent for Art Scheme.

This project required coordination across engineers, planners, artists, and Noongar cultural consultants, balancing artistic intent, technical requirements, cultural protocols, and strict public sector governance.

We led stakeholder alignment, structured governance processes, and transparent reporting to ensure all perspectives were integrated into delivery decisions.
